Andhra Bank — Refund initiated be Amazon but not received in account

I have debuted ₹38999 from my bank account on october 2 for purchasing a product on Amazon. But I have decided to cancel the product. Amazon has initiated the refund money with the refund reference number[protected].But the money has not been credited in my account. Kindly help me with my problem.
