[Resolved] Andhra Bank — refund not done yet

I had made a purchase on 28 july 2018 in saravana selvarathnam stores through debit card through pos the first transaction done was failed transaction. They debited the amount from my account but was not credited to merchant account. The second transaction was successful. They have debited twice the amount from my account. I had filed complaint and mailed the kknagar branch till now i have not received any reply from the bank. I want my amount to be credited back to my account at the earliest.
