[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — refund not received

I made a purchase on amazon using my hdfc card and i have given the details of andhra bank for refund. They have initiated the refund on 8/8/18 and i was told i would receive the money by 14/08/18. Todays date is 20/08/18 and i havent received the refund still. On contacting amazon regarding this they gave me a refund reference number[protected]. I also dropped a mail to the mail [protected]@andhrabank.co.in as said by the customer support person regarding the same but i havent received any automated mail for confirmation which makes me doubtful

When I tried transfering money to other person using IMPS from my Andhra bank account on 23/08/18, transaction got failed and money got debited from my account.

Please work on this as soon as possible.
