[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Refund of payment

Address:Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, 505525

Sir i was recharged from paytm by using andhrabank debit card on 31.01.2017.
But the transaction has been failed, but the amount was deducted from my card.
I spoken with paytm customer care they said that the bank was not given any conformation on transactions, they are doing pending on transactions conformation. I given complaint on deducted amount to andhrabank customer support care. But till now there is no response through bank side.
Please slove my problem and refund money to my account.

Sir, actually i was transfer money(1500/-) to andra bank accnt no. [protected] from BHIM app by using my accnt [protected]. My mobile number [protected] and mail is [protected]@gmail.com but my complaint is i was typed the account number was [protected] ifsc code andb0000135 and this transaction was succesfull. So please refund money to my account no [protected].
