Andhra Bank — regarding unlocking my card

I'm y. Reshmitha having an account in andhra bank, tiruchanoor branch
My a/c no: [protected] and my registered cell no: [protected]
While paying some amounts through online due to some mistake my rupey card was blocked today
The message says :

For security reasons your purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorredt details. Your card has been blocked for further use at rupey merchants.

Hence i request you to kindly solve the problem at the earlist as i have to do transaction at the earliest.
