Sir, I am one of the oldest customer and senior citizen of andhra bank, a. P. Bhavan branch, new delhi. I have been issued health insurance cards from m/s. Good health tpa services limited., through andhra bank during 2014. The last renewal of insurance could not be done due to non-receipt of sms by head office/bank which i was getting every year during june/july. I had sent emails to the bank as well as customer service, marketing division - head office, cpio-head office on sept 28th, sept 29th, oct, 12th, oct, 30th, 2017. I am a retired pensioner from state government of andhra pradesh. After repeated emails i have not received any positive reply from your bank and i am left with no health insurance because of the technical fault by the bank.
