Myself kota venkata krishnaveni having an account in your andhra bank .6/01/2021, satyanarayana puram, vijayawada-520011. I have tried to withdraw money from sbi bank atm on[protected] at nrp road, satyanarayana puram atm and transaction no is txn fo 2 times. Actually my home branch andhra bank is satyanarayana puram, vijayawada. That atm i went consists of machine. At first i tried withdraw from machine and it showed money couldn't be dispensed minimum should be 500. So i tried to withdraw rs. 2000 and still i didn't receive cash. After that i tried 2times, atm card swap rs. 2000 then i got a message saying that cash deducted. And again still i didn't any cash. Total money they deducted from my account was rs. 2000 . atm machine show the card is declined error.
