Andhra Bank — requesting for refund about failed irctc booking

I have made transaction on 20 july 2019 for irctc train ticket booking with irctc transaction ids -[protected], [protected], [protected],...3587,...3582,...3570 but the booking was not confirmed and was not done of amount rs 2596.47/- and rs.1730.98 /-. So i hereby request you to check the issue and refund my failed booking amount as soon as possible.. Thank you
