Andhra Bank — Unable to receive OTP reset Login Password through NetBanking | |||
Attention, I have been trying to use the option of "Reset Login Password" since almost 3 weeks but i am unable to receive OTP on my registered mobile to access the Internet Banking facility of Andhra Bank. I only receive a sms read, that i have initiated the reset Login password option & if its not me, then i have to contact the nearest Branch. I am fed up with Andhra Bank customer care people by repeating the same issue many times over voice. and there is no response till now for the emails i sent...this is pathetic, i need someone to resolve the issue..
