[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — unable to reset internet banking password

I am unable to reset my internet banking password. I am using forgot password option and it is giving the below error.

Error#
[onrgvz0001] [106035] the request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime..

I have tried so many times with time gaps but the result is same.

I don’t know how secure it is to share my account number here. So, please try to solve my issue as soon as possible.
