Andhra Bank — unnecessary deductions

I, Umesh Prakash having Saving Account in your bank from past 5 years having Account no. [protected]. This is to inform you that on 28/04/2021 my account was unnecessarily debited by Rs. 21610/- twice. One amount out of which was reversed dated. 29/4/2021.
I have inquired about the above deduction in my account to the Branch Head many times but no satisfactory response was received on their part. Kindly reverse the amount in my account with immediate effect and provide me the genuine reason for the same, or I will be left with no option than to approach Higher Authorities or Banking Ombudsman for it.
Plus, I would like to add that I am a Retired Government Officer from cooperative Societies and I have been filing regular ITRs.
