Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — 4 months delay in refund for cancelled ticket

Hello,

On May 2, I have cancelled a bus ticket in APSRTC with Ticket No. 88425401 from MGBS to GNT( service no.36252). I got a message that refund was initiated.but was not deposited in my bank account. The screen shot is attached below. Bank Ref. No:[protected]. It has been almost 4 months. Please resolve this as quickly as possible.
