Hi, I have booked a ticket from Muramalla to Visakhapatnam in APSRTC website for journey date 17/08/2021 at 11:55 PM departure of bus in Muramalla. I filled all derails and did the payment. After the payment is done, it didn't redirect to the ticket booking confirmation page or didn't show any ticket details. And the money has been deducted from my account. Ticket details : Bus service no. : 2526 DOJ : 17/08/1/2021 From : Muramalla To : Visakhapatnam Booked seat num : 13, 18 Amount : 702 rupees Please check this and refund the amount asap.
