Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — conductor mum while men are occupying seats reserved for women

I was travelling on a crowded apsrtc bus this morning. Many women are uncomfortably standing. What annoyed me the most is that 50% of the seats reserved for women were occupied by men. Do women really have to fight for getting the seats reserved for them? As some people lack common sense and respect for women, i request to enforce rules to make women sit on the seats reserved for them.
