[protected] i booked ticket from hyderabad (nizampet)to kandukur at 8-45 pm timing but the bus not arrived ib correct time, its not a problem because its happend, but we call the driver where are you when will you picked, he told me i will come in 2 r 3 so i just wait there but he is not called me and not doing any annoucements and moved bus to another stop, i loss 200 rupees because of auto and your irresponsibility pls take neccesary action
Sevice number is 5876 and name is malyadri.he talked very irresonsible to passengers pls take action its not fair.
In private cost of the ticket is less than RTC but we prefer RTC because they are safe, responsible and everything but these type of behaviour is not goof
