Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — money got deducted/ticket not generated

Sir i tried to book ticket from rgiap to vijayawada. Bus number is 35188. Money got deducted but ticket not generated. Txn no[protected]. Mobile no [protected]. Money got deducted from my account. But i didnot recieve ticket through email or phone number. Please resolve my issue. Please isssue refund of my money. I hope you understand my problem and refund my money.
