I have made a E-ticket booking to ONGOLE on[protected] from HYDERABAD, boarding point SR NAGAR at 11:00 PM Super luxury bus. After making payment through sc internet banking the E-ticket was not generated but my account was debited Rs.494/- and the SC Internet banking transaction ID:-

13/03/2017 PURCHASE AT APSRTCONLINE IN 21:01:55/18222 INR 494.00 1, 078.42
