Andhra University — complaint about my original degree of pharmacy

Sir i have passed out my degree of pharmaceutical science in june 2018 and i have got my original degree on sept 2019. Sir actually my certificates are damaged due to removal of lamination. So i request you to kindly help me in providing new copy of another certificate or atleast forward the procedure for applying of new certificate.

Still now i have not yet been received my certificates. Pls do need full. Fine attachments for your information.
