It has been almost 14 days(25th Dec) since I requested to provide my migration certificate hard copy to my communication address. Have spent 5000/- to get a small piece of paper certificate. When I enquired before requesting for the certificate you people told me that it will take 7 days for normal 2 to 4 days for tatkal . since I need to join another college immediately, otherwise I will lose my seat. requested for tatkal only.
waited till 30th but no response. So I called COE and requested to get a soft copy for holding the seat tentatively until I provide the original certificate. Till now the original copy has not been reached to my address.
on 1st first of January, I sent a person to collect it even though they did not hand it over to him. they said will be delivered through post
On a daily call to the university number -[protected] but no proper response. is this way providing service to students even charging more amount.
If I do not get a seat only for this reason, will you be responsible ??
And also trying to get a postal waybill number to track that is also not provided from you.
It seems to be complete irresponsibility by AU and providing wrong information(30/12/2-2021) and maintaining the fake information in the Postal book. I just checked your Postal section[protected] with Madhu. He said that provided the migration certificate by you yesterday(06/01/2022) itself.
