[Resolved] Angel Broking — due to unauthorized transaction lost all money
To whom it may concern
With the reference to my previous complain service reference no is[protected] i deeply like to inform you that mr. Avhijit banerjee who is my current relationship manager broken all the promises again which he made to me after my first complain.
Just to provide you few background i like describe you how angel broking and his employee mr. Avijit banarjee cheated me.
When i first opened his account he promised me he will give me noticeable profite. I inversted 1, 00, 000 rs to angel broking through mr. Avijit.
With in 3 month without informing me he did unauthorized transaction and lost all my money. Whatever small profit he did for me those call i provided to him.
When my account went to negative balance and after my first complain he and his franchisee owner called me from some different phone number (Other than official) multiple times and again asked for some amount and promised me he will recover my loss with that amount. I again trusted him and paid him 6000 rs again. Again he did unauthorized transaction and lost all my money.
I am in a deep problematic situation right now because i trusted your company and mr. Avhijit.in this circumstances, i am requesting you to change my relationship manager to some real knowledgeable dealer and ensure the recovery of my money with immediate effect.
Please go through my account transaction and you will be able to understand what kind o[censored]nprofessional and unskilled transaction mr. Avhijit did with my account and as a result i lost 1.06 l rs.
I am going to complain against your company to sabi and if necessary i shall go to consumer court if you not take any action to recover my money. I shall spread my experience with you to all possible social networking site and broking firm review portal.
I am waiting for your prompt response regarding this matter. Hope you understand my situation and take the appropriate action to maintain the goodwill of your company.
