14th January 2021 My Client ID is [protected] with Angel Broking. Login ID is V62484. I had written to your Support team on 8th January 2021 and was allotted service reference[protected] I had written to them that:: "Madam Priyajee from your Mutual Fund Department rang me up and informed me that 1279.740 free units of DSP Mutual Funds was available in my DP Account. However Transfer of these units can not be done as my POA was not activated. She adviced me to send a signed POA to your Hyderabad Office so that my KYC can be updated. "Accordingly I had sent you POA duly signed which has since been received in your Hyderabad office on 4th January. Please activate my POA and please transfer my Mutual Fund Investments to the care of my Demat Account with Share Khan DP_with_ClientID IN[protected]. VIJAY KUMAR AGRAWAL: PAN ACXPA6329B" However no action has been taken in the matter and no reply has been sent to me till date. And so I am writting this memo to you to request you to get my Mutual Fund Investments transferred to the care of my Demat Account with Share Khan DP_with_ClientID DPID: IN300513/My id 80877126.
