With respect to above subject, I Mr.Anand Ashok Pachunde having an demat account in your brokerage firm with Account Code (A177473) has faced following problem while conducting trade on 22/10/2020.
On 22/10/2020 i have purchased banknifty intraday option of 40 lots at price 217 and tried to square off the position as i was in loss, but the position was not squared off, later on my losses reached to around 80% of my account value but still the position was not squared off. Later on my account balance reached Zero and after that it was showing negative balance.
I have made several call on your customer care number i.e.[protected] and spoken to various representative like Mr.Vaibhav, Ms.Puja ...etc they told me that they will get back to me but i have not got any call since 22/10/2020.
I have attached Screen shots of that day for your reference.
So i request you to look into this matter and return my money as soon as possible because it was technical error from your end, because account balance cannot go negative in inraday trade as the position has to be squared of at 80% of loss as per your working.
Kindly revert me as i am frustrated because no one responding from your end.
Please do the needfull.
