I have got a budget planned of rs 7600 from the Popular service center for the wagonR numbered KL 31 C 99 for its maintenance . But the final bill came to Rs.9211 which is much higher than the expected bill. The bill Id is [protected] .
The first bill amount was above 10600 and it was later reduced to 9211 rupees which is 30 % less . I don't understand on what basis they gave me this discount. Also I don't know how the amount rose to this much from the estimated amount. I don't feel any transperancy with your dealings. The final amount shall be less than the proposal. The employee who attended me also gave me a word that the bill won't go above the estimation.
Please consider this request and fix the amount to the earlier fixed rate
