I am pratap, my home town is harur. Sir i would like to point out that our local harur panchayat board office people catch our neighbors dog. The dog was bleeding in his mouth, neck. It was so painful to watch, so many of the dog was caught in this manner. They almost killed the dog. Innecent dog was affected by this people.They catch the dog unnecessarily, Sir i kindly request you to stop this abuse against innocent animals.
