Anna University — anna university transcript rejected due to opened and not sealed envelope

Dear sir/madam

I am writing this complaint to know and clear the issue about my transcript which is rejected by wes (Canada). I completed my mechanical engineering under anna university on 2014. My register number is [protected]. I applied the transcript on 14-feb-2020 and yesterday i got one mail from wes that they are rejected the transcript due to open and unsealed envelope. Please advise how to clear this issue. I already paid the fees and all. Please help me to find a solution. For your reference i am giving the details of my transcript and postal details below.
