I beg respectfully to state that, i am shyma. A. M, a student of b tech program of your university. My registration no:[protected], session:[protected] i couldn’t attend my arrear examination conducted in date: 16/08/2018 due to heavy rain and flood in kerala. As everyone is aware that due to heavy rain and flood almost all way of transportation was ceased on that particular day. As already passed out and used to come from my home located in trivandrum for the exam, was not able reach the exam centre on the said date due to above-mentioned reasons.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you are kind enough to consider and arrange a separate examination for the said subject which was not able to write due to a genuine reason.
