1. Salary is not provided to staffs properly and paid only to staffs who are getting admissions for college
2. Lagging in basic facilities like water scarcity, no proper food, limited hostel rooms
3. Staffs are not present for all subjects and teaching is poor since they are managing with existing staffs with /without required skillset
4. All are ill-treated by chairman son since chairman is not coming to college properly
5. The students education is a question mark
