[Resolved]  Anna University — regarding duplicate certificate not issued

I am a. Vijjaya vignesh (Registration number[protected], 2018 passed out be graduate in savitha engineering college. I have applied for duplicate semester (Nov 2017 - 7th semester) mark-sheet on 3rd july 2018. But i have not received the mark-sheet yet.
