Anna University — Request re-test as I faced a lot of difficulties while writing the exam

I was not able to login to write my 1st year semester mathematics exam for a long time and when I logged in I was not able to see the question paper.And finally when I got the question paper I was 40 mins late and adding to that the app was hanging multiple times.
I contacted the helpline multiple times but couldn't reach them.
I would request you to arrange a retest so that all our hard work that we have done doesn't go waste.
