The FD with the company is not returned even on maturity. Under 'HARD SHIP case of company act at least pay the amount with the interest. FDR nos-93841 & 93842. On 29/08/2016 the same was due for payment along with 12.5% interest. Amount of FD was Rs 100000/- each and maturity amount was Rs 145216/- I am 70 years old need money for my living
