I have not yet been paid the quarterly interest cheque’s for the period july-september, 2018 for the extended/f. D. R. No. 1278236 & 5178236 as per nclt order. I have also sent a letter addressed to fixed deposit division of ansal properties & infrastructure limited dated 25th november, 2018 informing them on non-payment of quarterly interest cheque’s for the said period. I am a senior citizen & my husband is retired & non pensioners. Hence dispense our case immediately. Please forward the nclt order also.
