I had booked a 2bhk flat in 2012 in shushant serene residency (Tower t3d) at sector eta-ii, greater noida. We were promised that the said flat will be delivered by the end of 2017 but still the said project is in construction stage. From the last 6-8 months, the construction activity has been stopped. The said flat was booked in the name of my son and was later transferred in the name of my wife. My only son expired in sept 2017. We do not have any source of earning after the demise of our son. Being senior citizens, it is not possible to run after the builder and ask for a refund against the said flat.

You are requested to kindly take the matter with the builder so that we can get a refund against the said flat

Dear sir,

We live in sector 57, Gurgaon. There is empty plot in front of our house & we see from last some time tractor fill with sand & stones dumping on the empty plot . Kindly look in this matter . Out house address 3022 P, Sector 57, Gurgaon .
