I have ordered jumpsuit on january first week from ant girl collection from bangalore. I did a online payment and once the payment was successful done, received a message that the clothes would be delivered on 20 jan 2020. I tried the number provided the message but the number is switched off and the mail is not working and got a message of delivery failure

The fb site is also not available any more
I need quick actions to be taken or i'll complain in the customer care board.

Hi,
I have ordered a dress worth Rs. 325 on 26th Dec 2019 through UPI (Razor Pay). But I have not received the product yet. Tried contacting them, but I am not able to connect to them. Their website is closed.
I need to know the status of my order. If not I need refund

Phone not reaching rather switched off
Website not opening.
