[Resolved] Ant Girl Collection — website taken down and money is gone | |
I ordered items worth around rs.1300 on 2nd january, 2020 and didn't even receive an email confirmation, although the website said that my order is being processed for several days and will be delivered on or before 15th of january, but today i searched the website domain and it's being taken down. Jan 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I reported the fraud to the payment mechanism used, Razorpay, and they looked into the matter and initiated the refund accordingly. Happy to have been assisted by them, highly appreciated. This is continuous chain operating for past few years.
