I have bought the platinum antec smps 1000/1300watt and only after few month problem has occurred in smps. I had sent the both smps to service centre to replace, since it is within warranty but they was not ready to replace.
I had discussed with west region head and based on discussion sent many emails to india head to solve this issue but they are not showing interest to solve it even not replying.
I had raised the concern on https://antec.com/support.php also but they are also not taking it seriously. It shows their clear intention to cheat the consumer instead of solving the issue.
I have spent almost for 3.5 months but still this issue is not resolved yet. I don’t know why the employees of antec are careless and who will solve this issue? Was this information helpful? |
