Antilog Vacations — lack of compliance and escalation matrix

I came across antilog vacations through there website and post which i had to plan my vacation so i was interacting with harshita arora and surprisingly they do not share any details about esclasation or complaint matrix if you want they would say check on website and unfortunately website is clueless to me.

The overall experience with this company is extremely bad because one person will interact and you become too dependent when that person do not respond which exactly happen in my case till the time the package was discussed and payment were made the communication stopped i was wondering is there a compliance and was stuck badly after making payments wrote to there accounts team, voucher team and harshita but no concrete answer or response.

I would urgently urge the company should have compliance and responsibility for a customer which lack completely.

My situation in a democracy was extremely painful and i strongly believe such corporates should be penalized and set as a example.
