[Resolved]  AO Smith — AO Smith Extra Panel for AO Smith water heater has not been provided after repeated follow up - it was part of article when i brought it.

I purchased AO smith water heater HSE-SDS15LTR on 01/11/2016 from PayTM. As part of the offer i was suppose to get additional panel. After repeated follow up and making number of calls to AO smith I am not getting it. AO Smith is always ask for to wait or promise a call back, many times they confirmed to provide tracking numbers but of no use. Their executives are completly failed on their promises.
They are cheating the customer on the offer provided. Customer service is just trying to fooling customers.
