My daughter has purchased a water heater of your products. I am residing near ford compny chennai
While contacting the customer care people for installation 2 persons teases me. I am a retired mt engineer.
For installation they have asked 400 rs.
For connecting power to plug point and input and out put connection they the service engineer will bill. Ridiculously they does not know water heater installation
The y have cut the line while speaking
Spoken to amaxo2 they ask to return the heater stating the reason
Good approch of the customers care they have to be awarded with huge rewards.
They asked me to listen to them when asked questions they have cut the line she speaking
