We got a new AOSmith water purifier two months ago and now its not functioning and making acute beeping noise. the service guys comes and says, change the filter in two months. There are other residents in my apartment who changes every 6 months. So something is fundamentally wrong with the machine and filter.
According to call center lady - water coming to my house is different than other houses in same apartment building. I said, I will lodge a complaint with Consumer grievance and her response was " Go where ever you want"
