Ao Smith India — after sales service

An absolutely exasperated customer of ao smith india. My geyser was taken away by the engineers of ao smith almost two weeks back but the problem is yet to be resolved. The service centre people are not contacting me, instead i have been calling them for the updates. Even a week back, i was assured to dispatch me the upgraded version of the geyser but again it proved to be a false promise. Only yesterday, when i again contacted delhi-ncr chief, india, he admitted to have committed a blunder by not despatching me the promised upgraded version of the geyser and assured me that the same would be positively delivered the previous night but again, the same story of false promises. I am fed up with all such commitments which are never fulfilled. Please look into the matter and arrange to get my long pending problem settled without further delay. Thanks.

Actually, the promise to deliver the upgraded version of geyser was made for the evening of 02.11.18 because I spoke to the Chief of AO Smith Delhi NCR circle on 02.11.18 itself but what to speak of the service engineers and their customer care centre who are big liars, even the Chief of AO Smith Delhi NCR himself is a cheater who makes promises for never fulfilling them. I am very much upset because my own erratic geyser is also with the customer care centre. Please help me out immediately as the winter season has already set in. Thanks.
