[Resolved] AO Smith — Z8 Water purifier water leaking from tank and not done the first service | |||
Hi Team, I have purchase AO smith in the name of lakshmi chennakeshava constructions in the month of march 2021. Currently my water filter is having leakage from tank and still the first service is not done. I have request through customer care number on Saturday, they have created service request on Saturday here is my service request details [protected] for water leakage [protected] for first service Today morning i observed the both the service requests are cancelled due to customer is out off station. This is completely wrong .I am available in my address and not received any call from any one. Simply they cancelled the request. Which is not fare .and losing confidence on product support.
