[protected] sms message received from bh-aocmon (Your call is assigned to the nearest service provider m - [protected] engineer name - virendra singh. Pls keep in touch with them for further updates)
Called the service person on[protected] but he regrets any details for my complaint from aoc head office. Told that service can be provided if he gets any order from higher authority
Called toll free with in duration of 2-3 days but asked same question that are you willing to pay for spares

Same day reply received from rajini, customer support officer, aoc india customer service team (Mr. Pawan, assitant zonal manager for north region to check regarding this case)
Call received from +91-[protected] -

[protected] and[protected] received call but no visit

I got the sms message from bt-aocmon ( dear aoc costumer, status update job: no:[protected] is closed contact aoc for any further queries on ph:[protected] and[protected] / email: [protected]@aoc.com )on[protected]

Again called your call center and reopened the previous complaint no.[protected]. Dated 22nd february 2016
Received call +91-[protected] - mr. Khemchand swami (Aoc)
3rd march received call from mr. Khemchand swami telling that he is closing the call. He will provide the service the other way
19th march - mr. Khemchand gave number of his technician mr. Sameer as mentioned (Mr. Zayed khan as per true caller - mob [protected])
Called mob [protected] and the concern told he is in bhilwara and will attend call in 2 days.

No service / no visits has been provided till date. Please consider this as my last call before going to legal procedures.
