I bring to your notice that case is being investigated by the Cyber Cell, Rajahmundry Urban Police, Andhra Pradesh.

On[protected] at 15-06 hrs, an unknown fraudster did online purchase for Rs.24, 446.11/- by using the Debit Card details of the complainant Sri Srinivasa Adireddy

The following are the details of card
Name of the Bank: ICICI Bank, Tuni Branch
Account Holder Name: Srinivasa Adireddy

It is requested to
1. Stop delivery of the above said transaction immediately.
2. Immediately block the transaction and return the amount to complainant bank account.
3. Provide Details of IP Nos., registered mobile No. & e-mail ID and particulars transaction through which online purchase has been made.
4. Address of delivery, purchaser’s name, contact number, email-ID etc.
5. Details of Courier company which has delivered the item/goods
6. Any other relevant information deemed fit for the purpose of investigation
7. History of concern ID FROM REGISTRATION DATE TO TILL DATE.
