Apc Ups — APC is cheating customers

Hi, I bought APC UPS solution from APC web site. They provided be APC UPS + VIA battery. This was delivered to my home. After few months, when i asked for service, the customer care center of APC says that, "since the battery is not made by APC, we cannot provide me the service." I have the invoice copy and it is clearly mentioned that the solution is provided by APC. So dont go for APC. Poor customer service.

We have bought APC UPS with EXIDE Battery on Dec-2016 with the product details as below
APC: SURT15KUXI
Sl No: [protected]
Along with 32NO. OF EP65AH-12V EXIDE BATTERY
Sl.No: 3NG[protected]
The UPS is not working properly, Always fault show, in this regard battery company always show's issue to apc ups, in that time APC companies member are silent.no reaction against battery company.I think apc has not offering for permanently solution to anyone.
APC Service is third class..i suggest everyone, don't purchase this type of APC product.
