Apcpdcl — bill not given and bill amount jumped threefold | |||
My consumer id no. [protected] Billing person asked extra money from me every month which i denied him on 12 nov 18. Then, bill generated on 12 nov 18 was not given to me. I checked it online and found that bill was generated on 12 nov 18 with amount 1664/-. Every month my bill came around 450 - 600. How can this amount jump to threefold while electricity is being used similarly, in fact i m using less due to onset of winter, fans and room cooler are not being used. Pls resolved this issue. This is a case of bribery/corruption. I already have written to ae malkapuram operation for this matter on 13 no 18 but not resolved and further complaint is not being entertained by apepdcl.
