Apcpdcl — Erection of some electrical equipment in front of my house with very poor quality foundation which was laid in over night and

My name is Vadlamudi Balakrishna residing at 54-20/7-4, 2nd lane, Kanakadurga Gezitted Officers Colony, Gurunanak Road, Vijayawada-520008.
one year back apcpdcl department persons laid a foundation in our road in front of my south side open plot and install some electrical equipment on the foundation. recently apcpdcl person/contractor overnight laid a foundation in front of my house with a very poor quality foundation and install the electrical equipment which was installed previously on the old foundation. I think there is some management in between the apcpdcl department person and the old foundation plot owner.
presently the foundation laid in front of my house was connecting underground drainage connection which was not permitted any repair in future.
Hence I request you to kindly take necessary action regarding the quality of the foundation and the action of the department at an early date.
