Dear sir,
I would like to request to check my bill which showing too much extra then our previous regular bill. ( Specially The time our Meter was no functioning and we received extra bill amount) when i made a complain for the same, Requested to change the meter and i request and replaced already 3 month before but still i am receiving the same bill where it mentioned meter status Defective and too much extra billed amount. kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue.
