APDCL — irregular in bill delivery | |
Dear sir, i am very sorry to inform you that i have not been given energy bill last three month. I went to meet assistant manager, morigaon to lodge complaints for two time but i fail to meet him.. The assistant manager is very indiscipline person. He was found absent every time. If bill is not supplied to consumer how consumer pay bill. So work culture should be good.
