Apex Service Centre — complaint not resolved instead of several calls

Our water purifier is not working. Local service person told that the membrane and filter for this is blocked. Since we have an amc for our water purifier for 2 years, i registered my complaint for the bad condition of water purifier 7 days back. I explained the entire details to the executive very clearly. The executive told me that the service person will come tomorrow. But he has not come till now. Then i called again today to check the status and the executive asked me all details again as if i was telling her the problem for the first time. She again said that the service person will come tomorrow. This is ridiculous.
What is the use of doing amc worth rs 10500 if the complaints are not resolved quickly. I am not even sure if it would be resolved or not. I doubt if these guys are fraudsters. Very bad, worst!
