Apex Services India — failure to provide the service

I took AMC of 8500 from APEX SERVICE CENTRE on 11th of March 2018 which was valid till 10th of March 2019. They promised for four services. Now wen one year is abt to complete and the last service was still pending they asked me to get AMC renewed nd do the service. Wen i replied that i will get it renewed later, they denied to send the technician for the last service. Nd insisted dt either i get it renewed or i will hv to pay for the last service. They even disconnected d call

A person came to give service but he lied and said that he is from zero b.
My zero b is leaking from the time he did service. I am posting its complaint on fb. The person is not picking my call. He has taken 4000/ for amc. The company people are also not picking my call.i need my money back.
